Firstly, please ensure you switch the EASI Driver App to ‘online’ mode and make sure that you have enabled the GPS function and open the Goggle Map on your mobile phone. Then, please stay around the restaurants/merchants with EASI logo to wait for orders. Besides, whether App users could receive the orders depends on the total orders that EASI receive from customers, the time of the day, the App users’ performance score and the numbers of active App users who stay online within a same area.
