11.01.2022 a lot of what we do is to locate\re-design\replace bad plumbing...usually from the construction stage..stuff that slips under the radar and then pops up to cause issues, years later. replace and repair old pumps and pump lines.

09.01.2022 Solenoid valve on hot line water line, feeding 1 of only 2 thermostatic mixing valves at a 100 bed Nursing facility claps out! No valves in Melbourne, as usual everything has to come from Sydney. Oooops! No stress ( just a little ) by-passed it , managed to keep the nursing home in warm water until new valve went in.

07.01.2022 thermostatic mixing valve installation and servicing is a regular part of most months.
