18.01.2022 With the weather the way it's been these past few days it was good to see Tony and Jeremy out on Saturday Morning. Keep up the good work and remember, it's harder to build cycle fitness than it is to lose. Hope to see some new faces Saturday.

10.01.2022 Great ride today, bit chilly to start off with but warmed up after a couple of minutes. Tony, Jeremy and John rode well. Bit of controversy with the Chesterville road KOM . An interference call pretty much saw Jeremy stripped of the honours. Fortunately it was witnessed by an impeccably upstanding citizen (Tony) so the counter-protest was quickly dismissed. Well done on Beach road line honours today Tony. Great ride and a nice warm coffee with plenty of craic at as yet undisclosed coffee shop (well at least until he likes our page).
