12.01.2022 *Can I attend my Physiotherapy appointment?* Under new stage 4 restrictions from the Victorian government we are now open for essential care only. Criteria for essential treatment: ... 1. The absence of treatment, or a six week delay in treatment, will cause significant deterioration of your function 2. It is likely to cause escalation in care needs (for example, you will need to present to a GP, emergency or a specialist) If you are unsure whether you meet the above criteria, give the practice a call and our Physiotherapists can conduct a quick screening questionnaire to determine if a face to face appointment is right for you. We are also offering Telehealth services to keep you safe and well at home. #eastivanhoephysio See more

09.01.2022 The best kind of practitioners are the ones that have experienced injury and the rehab process themselves. Here at East Ivanhoe Physio, all our Physios have competed in elite sport and understand the trials and tribulations related to sporting injuries. We are here to help you recover and get you back playing as quickly as possible #eastivanhoephysio

06.01.2022 Stage 4, we are ready for you!! We are still open for business but just look a bit different. Our Physios are wearing surgical masks as well as face shields/g...oggles as advised by the DHHS. Our practice hours have changed, we are now closing at 7.30pm to allow patients to return home by the 8pm curfew. Keep your SMS appointment reminders as proof that you are travelling to receive treatment at our practice. Above all, keep safe and be kind to yourself throughout the next 6 weeks. A lot of people out there doing it tough, so be sure to check in on your loved ones and friends. Together we can get through this! #eastivanhoephysio See more

04.01.2022 Our Pilates room is all set up and ready to go for Monday with classes of FOUR people. Thanks to our outdoor space we can abide by the one person per 4 square metre rule. We can’t think of anything better than exercising among the lemon trees outside as the weather starts to warm up. When life (2020) gives you lemons...

03.01.2022 Today is RU OK Day! This year it is more important then ever to check in on your family and friends. We’ve been in some form of lockdown for 6 months now... we are all missing seeing our loved ones, catching up with mates and being able to do the things that make us happy. Along with that, people have lost jobs and struggling finically, this all creates a huge mental strain. So, use today as a reminder to check in on all the people you care about because sometimes it’s the people you least expect who are struggling the most
