24.01.2022 The Avenue has certainly gone through a transformation over the last 24 hours. We have developed a large community space that can be used during the day . Enjoy sitting outside under the umbrellas during the day, after dark enjoy dinner under the stars from our local restaurants. Like to thank Bryan Adam, Matt Jupiter, Nathan, Stuart Greig & Maroondah Council for the funding. Like to thank Ringwood East & Heathmont Bendigo Community Bank for the short term funding to make it happen quickly. At this stage this will be in place until April 2021 due to C19 restrictions lift. There is still over 200 carparks across the road so there is still plenty of parking for our local customers. #maroondahcouncil #community #jimspropertyassist #local #supportlocal

Most of the of the restaurants have thier permits for outside dining so please your make your next family reservations at your local shopping centre. This year we're hosting 'The Long Lunch' - a pop-up dining spectacular that will see the cultural melting pot of restaurants along Railway Avenue come together to put on a feast for the ages.... Tickets are just $50 a head for two and a half hours of culinary creations spanning the nations of Indian, Thai, Cantonese and Modern Asian cuisines.
