23.01.2022 Jade from Hive catering is in today to start a new year of our Entre to Employment program (ETE). We have many students busy in the kitchen as we write this. A sit down lunch is to follow. Stay tuned for pics!

23.01.2022 Three students joined Jade at Hive Catering for our E.T.E program (Entree To Employment) I think its fair to say that they had a ball! We cant wait to see what these students learn (and eat) next week. A big thank you goes out to Jade Waszkiewicz Head Chef at Hive Catering.

23.01.2022 East Sydney High Graduate Tyron Abraham was in today giving the current crop of potential graduates insight into his success as an ex student. Tryron successfully passed his year 10 with us here at East Sydney High in 2010, afterwards successfully completing his year 11 and 12 at Endeavour Sports High. He then completed his certificate 3 and 4 in personal training, while also becoming a professional Muay Thai fighter. He just recently completed a fight in Thailand. He is now... in the process of setting up his own personal training business. Today he talked to the students about his success, then took the students through a hardcore personal training session. It was difficult in the heat of the day, but most students pushed through the heat and the workout to gain valuable insight into how to achieve great things against adversity. We thank Tyron for giving up his time today and acknowledge success stories such as Tys make East Sydney High School the great place that it is. We will see you all tomorrow, motivated, inspired and ready to learn!

18.01.2022 In what can be described as one of the highlights of the year at East Sydney High School, we are proud to announce we were victorious at todays Oz-tag Grand Final against Ways. The students managed to pull themselves through with great determination to beat Ways 11-8 in a nail biting game that was close the whole way through. A special thanks to the South Sydney Rabbitohs who presented our players with footballs and hats to celebrate our great performance today and throughout the series. A special congratulations as well to three of our students - Mary, Fay and Lachlan who were picked to represent the all stars team next week in the all stars clash! Well done to everyone, you should all be proud of what you have achieved!

13.01.2022 East Sydney High students were lucky enough to meet NRL greats Rhy Wesser, Hazim El Masri and Dean Widders yesterday in the Oz tag all stars game! Congratulations to Mary, Fay and Tainui who played and the rest of the school who cheered them on to victory!

12.01.2022 Calling all Year 10 Graduates. We will be leaving school at 10.30 and heading to the jet boat wharf at Circular Quay. We will be boarding our jet boat at 11am. Woohoo!

05.01.2022 Excursion to RNSH today. Students will meet with trauma specialists to learn about what goes on in emergency situations. Students will meet with nurses, doctors and paramedics, all the people who are on the front line of trauma care. Please meet us at school by 9am or at St Leonards station by 9.45am.
