11.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Thanks to everyone who came to the rehearsal on Sunday. It was great to see you all. I will be sending out copies of all the music for past students this evening so please do register to attend. ... We are holding it in the undercover area at school. Space is limited - we will be able to accommodate everyone but it is important you REGISTER so I can make sure there is a seat for you! The current school band has 43 students and the Senior Choir (which will also perform) has 50 students. With past student involved for the combined items, we will have approximately 80 people on "stage". PLEASE, PLEASE register at http://tiny.cc/evpps (if you haven't already done so) so I can ensure stage management, seating and movement is as smooth as possible. Thanks everyone! These are available for download as PDF files. Please scroll through and find the appropriate part you need and print only this page. Please destroy these parts after the concert.... Past students who are performing will be called up at an appropriate time. I suggest keep your instruments with you (if it is a small flute) or put the case to the side of the audience seating area. We will warm up/ tune up on stage taking our tuning note from Kaye (clarinet) and tuning from bass up. If you have a fold up music stand, could you please bring it along as I am concerned we will not have enough music stands for the combined items. Following the concert, we will have a light supper and tea/coffee which you are all invited to. I will distribute the program to you on Sunday evening. I've had a few people ask what you should wear if you are a performer. Wear anything you like! Black pants and a coloured top might be nice, but really whatever you are comfortable in.
