20.01.2022 Solenoid valve on hot line water line, feeding 1 of only 2 thermostatic mixing valves at a 100 bed Nursing facility claps out! No valves in Melbourne, as usual everything has to come from Sydney. Oooops! No stress ( just a little ) by-passed it , managed to keep the nursing home in warm water until new valve went in.
