18.01.2022 A great crew at the first metafit class for the new 5 week block this morning. 3 newies including an amazing husband and wife pair who encouraged one another and pushed through a tough workout. Another newie appreciated the convenient morning class times, and she too did an amazing job. Was great also, to see the awesome regulars back for another round. Commitment and dedication gets results and my fantastic regulars (and shiftworker regulars) are walking proof of this. Keep up the top effort!

08.01.2022 After almost 4 weeks away in Tas, SA, Vic and NSW, for family weddings and visiting gyms and fitness classes, it's time to start block 2 of my 5th year of fitness classes in Nhulunbuy. Classes restart on 23rd April. Can't wait!
