24.01.2022 This couch was in great condition until the Air-conditioning system was not working properly while property is vacant. I know it’s look mouldy and definitely doesn’t look good at all but Don’t worry !! we got all the treatments for the mould spores. 1. Pre-treat the moulds with mould treatments... 2. Apply upholstery cleaning agent, machine shampooing and machine dried. 3. Re-Apply the second treatments for the moulds and spores, no rinsing required as this treatments are safe for any surfaces, humans skin and pets. Definitely another satisfying results

21.01.2022 Our Early Morning Service ( Kanti’s Kleaning) have been providing this the service to Our Local life safer (Care flight) for few years now. When we took over the cleaning the floors was in really bad condition and lots of damage and lot of scuffs Marks, it has been bothering me since. As it is not for a profit organisation so:>)... Today is Happy day (surprise !! for the staffs member who have been working hard and provide their service to the community) I think they deserve to have a clean floors. They can have a clean floors at no Charge # That’s exactly right ) # $0 Charge. Looking forward to continue to provide the service in 2021 Let’s hope that 2021 are Better year than 2020.

20.01.2022 # FLOODS RESTORATION FROM WATER PIPE BURST #;( Hi Guy’s, just a reminder! Please please please get house sitter or friends check your property while you are away, especially when you go quiet long time. This house was flooded and we used 2 machine to vacuum all the water up. ... Then rinse the carpet with proper Carpet detergent and odours removals. The house was flooded with over 400lt of water and lots of damage to personal belongings. So yeah please get your mate you check your house while you are away, to prevent this to happen to you / your property. I have done this few times now (house flooded from water pipe burst While peoples gone away)

16.01.2022 This floors was get mopped with floor sealer mix with water for moping for quite long time ??? Understanding chemicals use and handling are very very important. When you buy products for Floors self shine it doesn’t mean you can just applied the sealer on the floors without cleaning if properly first.... Also definitely nay nay!! Mixing sealer with water for moping ?? Definitely No!! This floors was took a long time on hand and knees (not just Machine) as some jobs are still required to get down on your hand and knees to get the perfect finish!! But it was very satisfying at the end

You must be fit because our job required some lifting, walk up and down the stairwells and very physical work. 5. Willing to work within aboriginal Communities (we provide the service to to all aboriginals communities across East Arnhem Land) including Groote Eylandt (Island in the Gulf of Carpentaria) 6. Understand at least minimum requirement of bond clean/ vacated clean 7. Understand time managing to complete the jobs tasks and dealing with clients 8.Police clearance required to apply this position 9. If you are not local, we can arrange transport / flight ( by negotiating) 10. Must understand to write, read and speak English We can arrange accommodation at your own cost, subsidies negotiable for the right applicants.
