24.01.2022 Wooing buyers with cupcakes !! Does it work ?? Of course not but it's a really nice touch. Today I dropped into an auction at 36 Fletcher St Bondi marketed by Carrington Real Estate. I had been watching the marketing process throughout the campaign purely out of interest to see how well this glamorous apartment would sell.... The agent seemed to have done a good job, alas the property didn't sell under the hammer after a Vendor bid of $2.075M. The homemade cupcakes were a really nice touch, and business carries on regardless .... but who wins the cupcakes ?!?! See more
