We wanted to give a massive thanks to those who have supported us through this incredibly difficult and challenging period, we have worked hard to stay open and adapt this year with take home meals, weekend boxes and smoked barbecue packs that have all been embraced by our East by West community and kep...t the doors open and our family of staff employed. We are excited to take on this spring/summer season with a brand new outdoor seating space and menu that will bring some fresh energy to Southbank! While our Texan offset smoker will be kicking into overdrive and take home barbecue will still be available in store or on mryum.com/eastbywest we will be giving the take home meals a break while we set up our outdoor dining space and awaken Muse Events. Iron bark slow smoked pork scotch is slowly basted in a brown sugar, chilli paste and pan juice emulsion to create a crispy crackling exterior with melt in the mouth pulled pork underneath. Served with fresh side dishes, lettuce cups, slider buns and an array of other goodies and house sauces.
