19.01.2022 Happy Monday Confidence - it's good for the spine! When you're confident you tend to have an open and upright posture, as well as the motivation to exercise and treat your body like a temple.

19.01.2022 How good does a hot chocolate sound right now? Try swapping out your sweetened hot chocolate mix for some raw cacao powder. Cacao powder is loaded with antioxidants and can help with cognitive function, giving you an extra push to... finish the working day. See more

19.01.2022 Wishing you all a great Australia Day Long Weekend. It has been wonderful to see Australia pull together with the recent fires that have devastated so much of our beautiful country. We have so much to be grateful for.

18.01.2022 Its #Autumn! If youre lucky (or unlucky) enough to have deciduous trees in your yard, make sure you warm up before pulling out the rake, and take regular breaks to rest and stretch. Raking and bending when gardening put a lot of stress on your back and neck, look after yourself!

18.01.2022 Hope youre all staying cool and remember to hydrate.

17.01.2022 Its World Spine Day! A most important message - stay as active as possible.

04.01.2022 With many formal events happening around the end of the year, make sure to look after your feet when choosing formal footwear! Wearing high heeled shoes can be bad for the spine as the body tries to balance itself ... - it puts the spine in an unnatural angle. If you must wear heels, to create the illusion of height, wear a platformed shoe with smaller heel. After all, we want to look after your body, but still have you looking good! See more

03.01.2022 Hello Everyone I hope this post finds you well and adapting to the challenges of COVID-19. East City Chiropractic's number one priority has always been the health and safety of everyone in our community, but none more so than you our clients and, your family. Whilst technically we are still allowed to open (albeit with restrictions) to flatten the curve and for everyone's safety, I have made the very difficult decision to put the clinic into temporary "hibernation" for the n...ext few weeks. At this stage, we are reopening on Monday 11 May 2020 (although this is obviously subject to how the evolving COVID-19 situation develops). The clinic phone number will still be operating so if you wish to contact me please call the clinic and leave a message. Alternatively email me at [email protected]. I will attempt to return your call or email as soon as possible. However, please be aware that the answering machine and email will not be monitored 24 hours per day. Thus, if it is an emergency, please seek medical advice or go to a hospital near you. We will communicate throughout this closure via email, SMS and/or face book. I hope it will help us to stay connected and will be instrumental in informing you of any changes to our reopening date etc. For those who have appointments prior to Monday 11 May 2020 we will be contacting you in the next few days to reschedule. Please take care of yourselves and each other. More than ever in these challenging times please continue to move (remember the best movement is your next movement), eat nutritious food and stay in contact with family and friends. We look forward to seeing you again soon and to a long future of looking after you.

03.01.2022 It's nearly Easter We will be open tomorrow Thursday 18 April 2019 from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm and then re-open on Tuesday 23 April 2019 at 8.00 am. Enjoy the time with family and friends!
