11.01.2022 Our 100t installing a new modular building for @artstruct_builders . As the road was on a very steep slope a lot of planning was needed leading up to this job - we used @knightsheavytowing to level the trailer and unload the building off, ensuring a safe landing.
09.01.2022 Perfect profiling, panoramas and project management all came together in the recently completed Petrie Terrace State School! 100 students have started the schoo...l year in brand-new classrooms thanks to our Queensland Fleetwood team, with offsite manufacturing ensuring no disruption to classes during the project. Located on a severely sloping site, the bespoke double-storey permanent modular building is made up of 10 modules (430 square metres) installed across a cut and retained footprint with footing embedded deep in the bedrock. The new building areas also feature new and refurbished gardens, turf and paths, with flora and fauna selected to complement the existing plants and meet the school’s desire for a ‘lush and tropical’ landscape. The beautiful new learning environments were the product of close collaboration between the Department of Education Portfolio Delivery, Infrastructure Services Branch, Fleetwood Building Solutions and our team of quality tradesmen and subcontractors.
