23.01.2022 Approaching two weeks old and growing lovelier by the day
23.01.2022 Feeling so blessed to be raising these darling puppies in the best possible environment. I spend hours with them each day, not just handling, cuddling and socialising them - I also follow an enrichment program from Puppy Culture. This program sets the gold standard for breeders by positively shaping the future behaviour and temperament of the puppies. My number one priority is to breed Groodles with the ideal temperament for companion pets to their future families. ... I recommend the Puppy Culture program for anyone buying a puppy - it’s an excellent science-based resource for understanding puppy behaviour - https://shoppuppyculture.com/pages/puppy-culture-1 These puppies will bring so much joy and love to their future families P.S. These puppies are all spoken for - our next litter will be late 2021.
21.01.2022 These clever puppies have been so busy lately - learning to walk on the lead, getting used to wearing a collar, learning to have time in a crate, learning to enjoy being brushed and groomed, going for car rides in a crate and seeing the ocean for the first time All 9 puppies are shown in these photos below, I think you’ll agree that they’re all a 10 out of 10. I’ve been blessed with having the opportunity to care for each of these precious little sweethearts. Their famili...es are so blessed to have these puppies join them in the next couple of weeks - their lives will be made so much richer by these special dogs. To people who have contacted me, I cannot reply individually to everyone as I receive at least 6 enquiries per day. I only do one litter per year, the next one will be around this time next year. I don’t do waiting lists, if you’ve liked this page then you’ll see the announcement regarding a confirmed pregnancy and I’ll take puppy applications from there
20.01.2022 Meeting their Daddy (Teddy) and exploring outdoors for the first time. I think Teddy loves them almost as much as I do

10.01.2022 Thank you for your emails and messages. I’m happy to announce that we’re expecting our next litter of pups within the next few months. My purpose and my passion are to create puppies that are the happiest and healthiest family dogs in every way - physically, mentally and emotionally. Groodles are popular because of their friendly, kind, affectionate and loving personalities. I breed puppies that reflect those desirable traits as strongly as possible - my aim is to produce the...Continue reading

08.01.2022 What a lovely start to life my puppies get Today they enjoyed a big lunch, followed by a long sleep under the gum tree with birds singing nearby. The puppies are slowly weaning from Mama and they love the mix of puppy formula with Royal Canin puppy kibble that I feed them four times a day

04.01.2022 What a lovely guy, I don’t know what I’d do without this big teddy bear Teddy was pretty keen to jump in the pet transport van and stay with his pups today, who are now on their way to Melbourne. I think he’s very happy that we’re keeping one of his gorgeous baby girls, who we’ve called Honey
03.01.2022 I just love their little squeaks And their tails that wiggle in time to the music
01.01.2022 Puppies are now 4 weeks old and I’m well in to the early Socialization program! Early socialisation and programs of positive training from birth to 12 weeks can go a long way to preventing behavioural problems and improving bonding between humans and dogs. The first 3 months is the most important Socialization period in the dog’s whole life so it’s critical that breeders spend a lot of time with their puppies, exposing them to as many different people, situations, places, we...ll-socialised animals, etc. as possible. I encourage my puppies to explore, investigate and manipulate their environments. Interactive toys and games, a variety of surfaces, tunnels, steps, chutes and other stimuli can enrich the puppy’s environment. The puppies accompany me on as many car trips as possible to get them accustomed to being in a crate and travelling in a car. These exposures should continue into adulthood to maintain an outgoing and sociable dog. I schedule time for the puppies to play alone or take a nap in a crate. This teaches puppies to amuse themselves and may help to prevent problems of over-attachment with their new owners. Owners who continue to offer the puppy a wide variety of experiences during their first year of life helps prevent separation-related behaviour. Puppy socialisation classes are a great way of socialising puppies and improving the responsiveness to commands. I encourage all my families to take part in these classes. Visits to off leash dog parks and other areas that are not sanitised and/or are heavily trafficked by dogs of unknown vaccination or disease status should be avoided. The best way to exercise your dog is with two daily walks on a lead. All these measures that I undertake are designed to create the most ideal companion dog possible and ensure I set them up for the best possible experience of life, from puppyhood right through to their old age. The American Veterinary Society of Animal Socialisation has some great information available for my puppy families to read.
