23.01.2022 Thank you all for your messages and photos, we can't waite to see you all but it may be a little longer. We have confirmation from Business Victoria that we can run group classes (up to 10). However, as we train on School grounds we are still waiting on confirmation from the Department of Education that we can be on School property. We hope to have an update soon and will keep you posted. For now please keep an eye on FB and enjoy some additional freedom with your family and furry companions.

20.01.2022 Hi Everyone further to yesterday's Government announcement on easing of restrictions we are seeking confirmation on what we are able to offer again in relation to group classes. We need clarification and confirmation from Business Victoria and Department of Education. As soon as we know what we can offer we will post another update. 12.01.2022 From 11.59pm tonight (Wednesday 8 July) there will be changes in restrictions to respond to the increase in COVID-19 cases. This means we need to temporarily cease all Dog training classes whilst stage 3 restrictions are in place. We are just as disappointed by these new restrictions as you are and will again resume classes as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued support and understanding in these difficult circumstances. 12.01.2022 Nala in for boarding and training and we are so happy with Nala's progress. Normally we have to stop dogs jumping on us however as we're building her confidence in this case we are very happy to allow it.

09.01.2022 Is there a better way to start your day?

09.01.2022 It is with the heaviest of hearts that I must inform everyone of the passing of Arwen last night at 10.20pm. In the last few weeks Arwen's health had started to decline and last night her health deteriorated very rapidly resulting in an emergency trip to the vet where it was decided that she be put to sleep. She past very quickly. A massive thanks to Dr Bob for his assistance at such a late hour. For those that have joined us more recently may not know Arwen however Arwen ...has been a stalwart of our training for 11 years attending pretty much every session for that time. She came to live with Liz and I at 15 months of age as a completely out of control brat who'd had zero training. The sweetness of her nature was clearly evident right from the start. I truly doubt however that anyone present at this time would of guessed that Arwen would go on to have the extraordinary life she had. Arwen became a YouTube star, was featured multiple times in local papers, saved two dogs through emergency blood transfusion and attended too many schools to count however for me her greatest accomplishments have to be the amount of children and puppies she assisted. Arwen for a time became the go to dog to help assist children that had become fearful of dogs to over come their fear. She had a gift of being able to win even the most fearful children over in a just a few sessions. We would often have children attend classes just to see Arwen. I could not possibly count the number of times that I would find Arwen laying with 5 or more children sitting with her. It was a gift she used time and again. Arwen's greatest contribution however has to be the number of pups that had their first introduction to adult dogs with her. Over the 23 years we have run the school we have been fortunate to have many dogs that have been very good with puppies however non of them have come close to the way Arwen was able to perform this task. She was the perfect combination of tolerant and teacher. She would bring the confidence up on a more nervous puppy and calm the stronger of puppies in a way I have never seen previous to her. It was an extraordinary gift that she held till the end. The number of puppies Arwen assisted would stretch well into the thousands. I have not seen a dog with had such a gift previously and I do not think I will see her type again. She was truly one of a kind. Liz and I are extremely upset at this time however we take solace in the fact that Arwen lived what can only be described as an extraordinary life that touched so many people and dogs alike. We will miss her forever. Rest in Peace my darling girl. Arwen 14/10/2007-11/9/2020

06.01.2022 Due to the expected rain forecast for Sunday the 5th of July we have decided to move reception back to it's normal/pre-covid location in front of the Hall. For those that haven't seen the reception area in this location before please see map below. The reception area is located at the green dot and we ask that you follow the red pathway to enter the school. Please also remember that due to COVID restrictions we will not be able to use our normal under cover area within the school so we ask you to dress accordingly.
