18.01.2022 The Victorian basketball community is set to benefit from the Victorian Government’s $21 million investment into community sport! Today’s announcement of the G...et Active Kids voucher program will support up to 100,000 Victorian children with the costs of participating in sport and recreation activities. The program will provide $200 vouchers to help families with the cost of uniforms and equipment, as well as membership and participation fees. The program will launch in 2021, with further details around eligibility criteria and how to apply to be announced in coming months. This is amazing news for grassroots and community sport and this will greatly assist in our return to sport across the state!

13.01.2022 It’s official - Kilsyth are looking to start the summer season the week beginning the 1st of December (subject to government restrictions) It will go into term 1 2021 and there will not be finals but whichever teams finish on top will be awarded the flag The main reasoning behind this is to get as many games in for as many children as possible acknowledging that it is a shorter season due to covid ... Teams have to be in by the 24th of November so we will be sending out an email in the next day or so asking if people are returning We will be in contact with coaches to help put teams together Great news - can’t wait to see everyone back on the courts
