20.01.2022 Oh what a beautiful morning! Hope you are enjoying a lovely day. This morning 53 runners, joggers and walkers enjoyed our beautiful course, 9 of whom recorded personal bests and 14 were first timers. We gave a big Eastern Gardens welcome to 3 first time participants to parkrun. We hope you enjoyed our undulations and look forward to seeing you again soon. We were joined by visitors from Hamilton, Parkville and Coburg. Lovely to meet you all. ... 01.01.2022 Wow, wow, wow!!! What a morning. International Women's Day was celebrated in style at Eastern Gardens with an all female volunteer line up; plus two young males happy to show their feminine side. A super big thanks to Carmen Drake for organising our all star volunteer roster. Very much appreciated. This morning 91 runners, joggers and walkers enjoyed our gorgeous course, 9 of whom recorded personal bests and an amazing 29 were first timers. We gave a big Eastern Gardens w...elcome to 3 first time participants to parkrun. We hope you enjoyed our course and look forward to seeing you again soon. Congratulations to Peter Jakubzik on completing his 50th parkrun. The first of many milestones!
