19.01.2022 A few snaps from country week, thanks again for everyone who came, lots of laughs and a few sore heads,looking forward to 2021! Hope everyone enjoyed the break, Pennants starts back tonight for B grade and Thursday for A grade. Just a reminder for the teams that are on supper, can we please try to get there 10 mins early to give the courts a quick sweep and to empty the bins at the end of the night. Also, if everyone can ref/score one game during the night, makes light work for everyone else. Thanks everyone, see you during the week

09.01.2022 Want to meet new people and have fun while getting fit? Grading commences tonight from 7pm for our upcoming Squash pennants season. Grading costs $10 per night and will run Tuesday 23rd, Thursday 25th, Tuesday 30th and Thursday 2nd of July. All skill levels and ages ( including new players) are encouraged to come down and have a go. Great friendly club, come and meet new people! We even have some loaner Rackets if you want to try the sport but don’t have a racket. Club is at... the rear of The Ray Finlayson Sports Centre on Allan Pendal Drive. 08.01.2022 Congratulations to Fluid Line Services' A Grade team for making it into the finals. The finals for B Grade and A Grade will start this Saturday the 21st of November at 5:00pm. Even if you are not playing it would be great to see you come down and support these players. We will be serving dinner and starting presentations right after the matches have concluded. ... 08.01.2022 SQUASH JUNIORS Hi Everyone. We will be starting the junior program again from next week Wednesday the 22nd of July.... We will start at 5:00pm and finish at 6:00pm. The cost is $50 per term. For any new juniors who might be interested we have racquets and glasses that you can borrow. Thank you. Heddwyn Brahma

06.01.2022 Welcome Back To Squash Event! Hi everyone, as a way to get back into the groove of things before our next squash season we will be hosting a social event on Saturday the 4th of July. We will start at 12:00pm lunchtime and excpect to finish around 2:00-3:00pm. (Dont worry you wont be playing for 2 hours this will be a teams event.) We are welcoming people of any age, level, member and non-members.... We will also have prizes to win! The price is $10 per person or $5 for juniors. Big thankyou to Alex Longworth for these fantastic pictures. Special mentions to Jaccob Sammut for the yummy pulled pork, smoke meats and everyone who contributed to making it a successful season and final.

04.01.2022 Great news with Phase 3 of the Government’s Covid 19 commencing next Saturday June the 6th, we will be enabling all current access cards from that date. Our Commitee is meeting next Wednesday so watch this space for further updates! Thank you to our members and supporters for your patience during these times and wonderful support.

03.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT From Saturday the 5th of December, mandatory contact registers are required for specified businesses and venues in Western Australia. This includes Eastern Goldfields Squash Racquets Association.... We will be implementing a manual paper contact register. Upon entry you will be required to sign our Safe WA forms by providing your: Name Phone number Location Date Arrival time We have been doing this anyway, but we will be using the approved SafeWA forms now. Your privacy is very important to us, rest assured that your information will be stored discretely for the 28 days as required. Then disposed of effectively. Thanks for continuing to support our club and game.

02.01.2022 Congratulations to the EGSRA Country Week teams that played this weekend in the 2020 Country Teams Championships at Squashworld Mirrabooka. We sent 6 teams down and Won 1st in the C grade Women’s, 2nd in B grade women’s, 2nd in men’s G grade and a 3rd in men’s C grade. Great work to all teams and congratulations to all who competed and represented the Goldfields.

01.01.2022 Fantastic News! From this Saturday the 6th we can recommence using our wonderful facility! We must still sign in and maintain our Covid 19 Plan requirements. # Cards should be active from Saturday. # Current season will not re-commence but come down on your usual nights for some round robin games/ mini comps etc. # Gradings will commence 22nd June on Tuesday and Thursday nights enabling us to start next season straight after school holidays....
