25.01.2022 When customers make an enquiry about a 10 Year LPG Cylinder Certification, we spend the time and go through the Procedure of what we call a "tank test". As we talk you through the procedure we emphasise the point of removing the LPG Cylinder from the vehicle. Not only does the Law state that the cylinder must be removed to inspect during testing but if not properly inspected can be a risk to the life of the occupants of the vehicle. The photo attached is a cylinder out of a ...Mitsubishi Pajero, naturally the customer asked for a quote and what would happen during the "test" during our conversation he mentioned he had recieved a "tank in car" quote. This involved not removing the tank. I quickly informed him of the procedure and what needed to be done by law, we are thankful the customer booked the vehicle in so we could perform the cylinder inspection on it. Once removed we notified the customer of the extent of corrosion on the underside of the cylinder, to which he was grateful of potentially what could of happened. This photo is more so to make the general public aware why you DO NEED to remove LPG Cylinders from vehicles to recertify them. Without removal the unseen surface of the cylinder can be subject to several rust and pitting like this one is, cuts, dents and bulges. 25.01.2022 It has been a long time since our last post and for those in and out of the loop, there are many respectable reasons why that is the case. But we have been working hard to deliver great customer and comfortability to our customers. We have recently made some renovations to our office and turned it into and office and a waiting area. This area gives customers a chance to sit and relax as we cater to their vehicles. We also added a TV and have many options for viewing content p...urposes. Yes we have not posted often, but we are still here burying our heads into vehicles, but please don't hesitate to stop by, have a look at our new office and enjoy our friendly customer service from time to time. 24.01.2022 As many of you would know by now with our current situation, Owner and Manager, Massimo has been in the trenches solo. With Oriana holding the office down, both have put in an extra level of effort that I know is appreciated by our clients immensely. At this moment we would like to thank the ongoing support from our clients, their patience and their well wishes. With the bad comes the good and hopefully we get to see more of Jai in the workshop, more regularly and more able than ever.

20.01.2022 Eastern LPG is now VOIP activated We can now answer all calls without interference/static in the background. Customer patience over the phone has been greatly appreciated over the last few months

20.01.2022 Just to make ALL aware of the telephone scam at the moment. We have recieved countless calls from these 'Accident Claims' asking if we are making a claim from an accident in Febuary. This is constantly wasting our time. So hopefully if you do or have recieved a call from this group you proceed to tell them not to call again. Again we apologise for the non-mechanical related post :)

19.01.2022 With this hot weather, don't forget to get your cooling system checked. Before you drive tomorrow simply check yourself. Make sure your vehicle isn't hot or just been running. Some vehicles you can see the level and color without having to touch a thing, others you need to remove the radiator cap. Check to see if fluid level is low and the color. If the color looks more like a mud/dirt color come in and see us for a flush and further inspection. Last thing anyone wants it to be trapped in this hot weather with a failing cooling system. Remember cooling systems are decieving so if you think it may still be under pressure leave it and come back in a few hours. Just to make sure to not cause any injury due to pressure in the cooling system when released. :)

06.01.2022 The best part about being a mechanic is not just fixing cars, but seeing the customer excited and happy receiveing their car. Nicholas was excited to say the least, when he left with his (now) lowered e30 bmw which i might add is in mint condition.

03.01.2022 Is your vehicle Dual Fuel? Do you predominantly use LPG? If you do, don't forget to keep your Petrol tank with a minimum of 1/4 fill of Petrol in it. This keeps your fuel pump lubricated as it continues to work while the vehicle is running on LPG. Petrol prices today were as low as 99 Cents per Litre, so what better time to fill up your tank. It's easy to forget that the fuel pump needs fuel to lubricate and that it works whilst on LPG. Some people are completely unaware of this too. The last issue we want you to have is your fuel pump seize up because you were unaware. Save yourself the expense of a new fuel pump and fill up now
