24.01.2022 If you’re still deciding whether or not reffing is for you just remember you get paid for every game you ref. At $20 per game if you ref 2 games per night over 3 weeks that is $120 that’s your FEES paid off plus you get the experience of reffing and you help out the organisers and competition by putting your hand up to ref.

23.01.2022 We’re rolling into the 3rd week of our competition and there’s still unregistered players. If you’re having problems flip us a message and we can help you out. FEES need to be paid, get this done ASAP.

22.01.2022 Hope everybody is healthy and safe. Weds Jan 13th we kick off with the official start of the competition for 2021. This is when it all counts. Scores will be tallied, ladders will be in effect and tries will go towards the final result. With everything that’s going on in our community it’s more important to be diligent with our covid plan.... Personal hygiene, social distancing and following the covid plan is a must. Let’s not panic but let’s be diligent. Also there is still the refs course being organised if we don’t get enough interest I will cancel it. This could mean that future competitions will struggle not having the refs to choose from so if you’re interested please get in contact with us. See you next week.

18.01.2022 With tomorrow’s competition round our covid plan needs to be followed. If you’re feeling unwell or have been tested please stay home. Enter and exit through the allocated areas. ... Entry point is through the walkway along the front of the changing rooms and exit point is towards the playground at the far side of the car park. Sign on to team sheets or sign in sheets at the table when you enter as this will allow us to track who’s present at the grounds. Teams should stay in there groups separate and well distance from other teams. Mixed teams play in the 1st time slot and Mens teams play in the 2nd time slot. Mens teams if you’re coming down early please stay clear of playing fields and find a spot near the old club rooms to meet and warmup. I need everybody to read and follow these steps. I also want to say thank you to everybody who’s registered and paid fees. There are less than a handful of people that still need to register and pay fees who I’ll message separately. With the efforts of everybody involved in the comp I’m proud to say all teams are financially paid up so welldone to you all. Let’s go....!!!

09.01.2022 Great day out with the crew from Moama Echuca Touch Football. We entered a OnesEnuff Mixed team and combined with Kaokao Kautai and a few lads from Melbourne to form a mens team for State Cup. A mixed bag with draws, wins and loses all coming from the games.... 08.01.2022 Finally got a spare minute..!!! Congrats to all teams and players that took part at the Finals Night and throughout this season. Mens Grade Winners:... OnesEnuff Mens Mixed Grade Winners: OnesEnuff Mixed. I want to thank all the Volunteers and Refs that contributed throughout the season, you did a stellar job and without you guys the competition wouldn’t have been a success. Thank you to the Eastern Raptors Rugby League Club and Exec Committee. Special thanks to Andrew Leaumont and Lauren Dwyer who consistently reffed games, very much appreciated. Thank you to Lance Dunn and The Maroondah Rugby Club for entering a team in to this seasons Mens Grade, very much appreciated. Thank you to Jason Fitzgerald and Neville Anastassiou-Stein who never missed a week of the comp and helped out without fuss. Congrats to the Level 1 Refs who completed there course earlier this season Waka Horne Dereck Perawiti Brandon Tiaki Watts and Toof. Last but not least the consultants that gave me there valuable input based on past seasons and experience Tim Baird and Richard Mcmurray Cheers boys. Watch this space..!!! Time to Level Up..!!!

If you have nothing on this Sunday and you want to come and watch teams from affiliates all over Victoria compete against each other than head to Elwood Park.

01.01.2022 I’m looking at growing our referee numbers next year so each team needs to nominate 1-2 people to participate. There will be a referees course being run on Tues Jan 19th 2021 at Colchester Reserve from 6pm. Dinner provided.... If you’re interested let me know.
