17.01.2022 Our teams celebrated International Women’s Day by hosting a morning tea to watch a TED Talk by Equity Expert, Sara Sanford. Sanford wants companies to go beyond good intentions, encouraging us to actively counter unconscious bias and foster gender equity - by changing how workplaces operate, not just how people think. We followed this up with a panel discussion and Q&A session with employees. There were some great insights shared, and some new ideas raised that we are now in...vestigating further.
