This... is a great opportunity to put East Gippsland on the map as the ideal holiday location during winter as well as give our local community a reason to celebrate. If you have an idea of something you would like to see come to life please get in touch and we can support you with advice on permits, insurance and logistics as well as marketing and promotion. You’re in luck, highlight th...e work of these great people and events with a nomination into the 2021 East Gippsland Australia Day Awards. Categories are: Community Event of the Year; Citizen of the Year; and Young Citizen of the Year (under 27 years). We will present shire-wide awards in January, celebrating the significant contribution made to the region.
