05.01.2022 Covid response plans for Gippsland It's vital that every Gippsland business continues to operate in a COVIDSafe way to help protect visitors and the community.... Destination Gippsland have prepared an outline to help you develop your own response plan: https://bit.ly/3pPW9G5 With Gippsland experiencing a small number of exposure sites, it’s important that every business in our region continues their level of vigilance to drive home COVID Safety messages in their own business operations and with customers. Whilst Gippsland currently has a number of exposure sites listed on the DHHS website, there are currently no outbreak sites listed for the region. If a premises has been exposed, but there is no indication of an ongoing risk associated with the premises, the site can be safely visited in line with current restrictions. Destination Gippsland have developed a separate action plan should an outbreak occur. Remember: - Every Victorian business that is open must have a COVIDSafe Plan - Face masks must now be worn indoors and must be carried at all times when outside the home - Keep records and act quickly if workers become unwell - Continue to practise good hygiene and physical distancing - Limit the number of people/workers who are in close contact where possible For more information, please visit the Coronavirus website: https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/coronavirus or call the Business Victoria hotline on 13 22 15.
