02.01.2022 Sealy Weekly Update - Face Coverings and Family Support Gday and thanks for joining us again. By now youve probably heard Daniel Andrews announcement that a...s of Monday morning all Victorians will be required to wear face coverings when in public. What this means for us is that staff and students will need to have their faces covered when they leave home on Monday morning. These face coverings must remain in place while they are at school and until they return home again in the evening. We are awaiting further information from DET and will inform staff, students and families as soon as we hear more. Yesterday we also posted on Compass some details about an upcoming Webex session with Clinical Psychologist, David Younger. This Webex session will be held on Tuesday evening from 6-7pm and the focus will be on supporting students and families in uncertain times. Those who have attended Davids sessions previously will know that he is a fantastic presenter with practical ideas that can be implemented easily and immediately. Please dont hesitate to call the school if youd like more information, or if you would like some assistance in accessing Webex. Finally, Id like to thank everyone for their support, patience and resilience over the last few weeks. Although we have been through some challenging times, weve worked together and we know that by doing all the right things we will keep ourselves and others safe. See more
