Many of the mature trees at East Green have been retained around our proposed park site, and approximately 60 grass trees that were removed from the site will be returned and replanted within the projects landscaping for all to enjoy. 22.01.2022 Good afternoon everyone, Were pleased to announce that we have submitted a revised subdivision plan to the relevant authorities for approval, with a decision expected later this year. The revised plan carefully considers the market feedback we have received, and we are confident that our new approach will improve outcomes for both our purchasers and neighbouring residents. The new design will reduce density, provide a wider range of lot sizes, and continue to deliver a gene...rous amount of open space. House and land packages will be available along with land sales, giving buyers more flexibility to choose their own builder and design their new home. We are happy to report that following months of preparation and design development, our revised local development plan (LDP) has been submitted to the City of Joondalup and is now advertised for public comment. You can view the revised plan at https://bit.ly/2lQhjZo .... Following the advertising period (ending 17th October 2019), the City will complete their assessment considering any public comment. This will then be presented to Council at the relevant Council meeting for approval. We look forward to providing further updates on the LDP in late 2019. 15.01.2022 Good afternoon everyone, Thank you for your continued patience. We understand the frustration felt by our followers and neighbours and apologise for the delay in providing an update to you. As mentioned previously, we have been working to redesign the East Green offering to better respond to the current housing market and to address feedback received from our market research, display home visitors and local residents.... This process has taken longer than anticipated, but we are confident that our new approach will significantly improve outcomes for both our purchasers and neighbouring residents. The new design will reduce density and deliver a wider range of lot sizes. House and land packages will also be available, giving buyers more flexibility in designing and building their new home. We will still be delivering a generous amount of open spacearound 25 per cent of the sitetaking full advantage of the retained trees and vegetation at the centre of the estate to create a space the whole community can enjoy. 11.01.2022 Progress update! Our new landscape design aims to deliver a generous amount of public open space, featuring useful amenities for the East Green community to enjoy. Whilst also paying homage to the East Greenwood Primary School - an important nod to the sites history. The modified design has been submitted to the City of Joondalup for approval and reflects East Greens commitment to a greener, park-focussed project, with over 50% of future homes overlooking parkland.... Once our plans receive the Citys approval, we will be able share an artists impression of the final design with you all, so be sure to stay tuned for updates!

06.01.2022 EAST GREEN UPDATE Thank you for your continued interest in East Green. Wed like to provide you with an update on the estate. East Green did not secure the number of sales contracts needed to commence construction so we are reviewing our product offering based on feedback received from our market research, focus group sessions and many home open visitors.... While there is currently limited activity on site, the project team is busily working behind the scenes to identify what prospective purchasers want so that we can offer new home designs that meet the current demand. We expect to begin developing our new display village and the estates central parkland in the first quarter of 2019, with a new sales release anticipated in late 2019. We will be providing more updates as we reach key milestones, so please keep checking in. 03.01.2022 We are pleased to share that the first phase of construction at East Green is progressing well. Civil works are now almost complete, and landscaping is on track to finish in June. Construction of the new park shelter is also nearly completed and now we focus on planting. East Green is all about being able to enjoy the outdoors and weve worked hard to retain as much existing vegetation as possible. The new trees and shrubs will complement existing vegetation, delivering beautiful parklands with ample shade from the mature native trees. Thanks to everyone for their patience during construction to date, its great to see so much progress already. We will send further updates in coming weeks.
