03.01.2022 Afternoon Everyone. I really hate that I have to do this but I cannot let this be anymore. I am a small home based business, on top of this I work 2 jobs, volunteer for St John Ambulance and am on the committees of many volunteer organizations, therefore as you can see I am extremely busy.... I schedule my appointments for hires around my other commitments. If you have a time booked to come and see me PLEASE be on time!! Not half an hour, an hour or even 3 hours late or even worse not show up at all. You would not do this if you had a doctors or hair appointment so please do not do it to me and my small business. As a result of no shows, last minute cancellations and late comers, I will be requiring payment within 1 week of confirmation with my standard cancellation policy in affect. If this is not suitable then unfortunately I cannot be of assistance. I do want to take a moment to thank my many loyal customers who have supported me and been on time!! Appreciating the commitment and time I am putting into this start up business. Cheers, Courtney
