18.01.2022 Recently we have had potential clients message and call us wanting quotes then and there over the phone and asking us if we do hourly rates and can we do hourly rates . We would like to take a second to touch base with everyone and inform that we are sorry but we do not work by an hourly rate and we only quote our jobs once we have visually quoted the property in person ... Also just want to let you guys know that our minimum that we charge is $50 Our prices may be higher but you are receiving A service that is not only professional but is carried out by a person that has many years experience in doing this job and takes their work very seriously We do however understand that the person that previously serviced your property may have been charging under our minimum charge but as a buisiness We have to pay tax and wages , insurance fuel for our equipment and vehicles wear and tear And supporting our families.. We try to charge as best and as fair as we possibly can But we are sorry if you dont agree with our pricing But this is how we run our buisiness . Thankyou to all our clients Regards .
