21.01.2022 East Loddon Community Op Shop New opening hours From 17th July 2017... CLOSED MONDAYS OPEN EVERY TUESDAY 9am to 3pm OPEN EVERY WEDNESDAY 12pm to 3pm

09.01.2022 * * * TREE FUNDRAISER * * * Once again the East Loddon College Parents Association are running the Fruit & Ornamental Tree Fundraiser, providing family, staff and members of the community with access to reasonably priced and excellent quality trees. When you have completed your order form, not forgetting to add $5 per tree (this amount being the fundraising component for the East Loddon Parents Association) return to the school office or directly in the post or email to Jo...die Demeo by Friday June 15th. Trees will be available for collection from the East Loddon Community Centre around mid July hopefully during the week of 16th 20th July. All trees with the exception of the listed container plants are bare rooted, so they will need to be planted in their forever home or in a temporary home soon after they are collected. The order form & list of trees are attached. If you have any queries please contact Jodie Demeo on 0427 471327.

03.01.2022 On behalf of the East Loddon Community Network Group Inc. Committee, who run our East Loddon Food Share Program, I wish to sincerely thank everyone involved with the months of planning and running of Sunday’s Monster Op Shop Fun Day Event. Your incredible efforts will ultimately help many, many farming families in need. If we stop for a moment to reflect and consider each grocery hamper; from the beautiful box, made in Melbourne and hand delivered to the Centre, the planning..., the grocery lists, the shopping & transport to the Centre, the packing day and the delivery to someone so thankful and grateful to receive the food and be thought of. Each step involving a different person or group of people, the time, effort, the money and the love and hope that goes into each box, we get a clearer picture of how incredible each volunteer is. *Volunteers don't get paid, not because they're worthless, but because they're priceless.* To give one's time and talent for a good cause is a special feeling indeed. I do not have all the appreciative words to describe the generosity of heart and soul that comes from people who volunteer on a regular basis. To all the volunteers themselves, local and away, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you for sharing your love with our community and for being an inspiration to us all!
