Next week, 5:3...0, Thursday, East of Norman (50 Sturt St) Five Senses Coffee are having our next curated cupping which will be looking into how particle size affects brewing! With the help of the wonderful Dr Monika Fekete from Australian Coffee Science Lab we put together a smorgasbord of variables together for in-depth study and sampling. (flat burr, conicle burr, burr size, distribution, fines, temperature....) Everyone any anyone is welcome to come along! First time cuppers are also encouraged to join too!
