25.01.2022 "If I say, 'I'm the best gymnast there is,' the reaction is 'Oh, she's cocky.' No, the facts are literally on the paper. I've won five world titles. "It's impor...tant to teach our female youth that it's OK to say, 'Yes, I am good at this,' and you don't hold back. You only see the men doing it. And they're praised for it and the women are looked down upon for it. But I feel like it's good (to do) because once you realize you're confident and good at it, then you're even better at what you do. Simone Biles is the World's Most Decorated Gymnast with 25 world championship medals, the most among men and women.

07.01.2022 On Sunday we faced a tough task and performed admirably. Div 1 played Wests and came from 12-0 down to 12-12 before Wests scored to win 19-12 . We then regrouped to beat arch rivals Sunnybank 21-17 in the 3rd /4th playoff. Our Div 2 girls then faced a beefed up Logan going down 17-12 after a penalty try to Logan. We then faced Wests and led 19-17 with Wests stealing the match late 22-19. So in four matches we scored 64 points to 75 against. That’s how close we were yet we wil...l learn from our mistakes and come back stronger next year. Season totals played 22 won 10 lost 12, points for 365 against 375. Great improvements from our existing players and our new players Holly, Lily, Ari, Jaya,Caitlin, Charlotte,Matilda, let’s keep the squad together and step up next year. Special thanks to Neil Cartwright for his work as Manager and a very supportive parent group. Thanks also to our sponsor Insurance Advisernet much appreciated. Regards Matt See more
