12.01.2022 COVID SAFE CHECK-IN From 1 January 2021, it will become mandatory for all hospitality venues, including East Maitland Bowling Club/ Easts Leisure & Golf Club, across NSW to use the NSW Government’s COVID Safe Check-In QR code to electronically register customer check-ins. This is required for the collection of customer contact details for the sole purpose of COVID 19 contact tracing. It is recommended that you download the Service NSW app on your smartphone for the easiest,... most convenient way to provide this information. All persons entering East Maitland Bowling Club/ Easts Leisure & Golf Club including staff and contractors will need to check-in by the following: 1. Scan the Club’s QR code with your smartphone camera or QR code reader upon entry 2. Follow the prompts on the Service NSW app or on the Service NSW webform. You can sign in multiple persons. 3. Show a staff member that you’ve checked in. 4. Members will still need to show your Member card upon entry (you will no longer need to swipe in via the sign in terminals). 5. Visitors will still be required to signin as per usual. This ensures our 5km, underage and postcode restriction information is maintained. 6. It is recommended that you check- out via the app when leaving. 7. If you do not have a smartphone please see our staff for assistance in checking in. 8. If you have checked in via our Proshop or Gym previously on the day you do not have to check in the Club again, however please assist our staff by showing you have checked in. 12.01.2022 We are excited to also announce that Housie will return to the Bowling Club from Monday 2 November! Housie will be held on Mondays in the Harold Mayo Lounge from 11am. Under Covid restrictions, there will be a maximum of 45 players. To attend, you must book in by phoning the Club on 4933 7533 between 9am and 10am on the day you are wanting to attend.

05.01.2022 The Board and Management of Easts would like to extend a huge thank you and congratulations to the recipients of our annual Staff Recognition of Service Awards. Unfortunately, celebrations had to be scaled back in accordance with Covid restrictions, but a special morning tea was held at the Club today to celebrate the amazing achievements of these staff members.
