18.01.2022 Our window painting process uses an industrial strength, marine grade, highly durable two-pack polyurethane topcoat. A wide range of colours are available in gloss, satin, matte or metallic, customised to compliment your décor. The final result is an extremely strong, hard wearing, UV and salt resistant, immaculate finish that looks and functions like new.

16.01.2022 The first step in the process involves preparing the surface by removing any corrosion, paint, glues or sealants on the frames by sanding, scraping or stripping. Various solutions are then used to etch the surface and clean away impurities such as grease, oils and waxes. All surrounding surfaces are then masked up, covered in plastic film and a temporary spray booth is built around the inside of each window and door to prevent overspray. A super etch primer is then applied to... the prepared surface. The primer maintains a robust adhesion to all common metals, protects against corrosion, smooths out minor blemishes and provides a solid substrate for the top coat to bond with.
