East West Enterprises is looking for high level, flexible, multi-skilled, and trainable Property Manager Virtual Assistant who will do management properties and advertise/market and dealing with new businesses, renewal of lease tasks, vacating of tenants, and preparation of new tenants. Qualifications: Must have experience using Property Tree Software. Must be knowledgeable with Comparative Market Analysis and other market analysis tools. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but must be a graduate of a degree in line with the legal or property management profession. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Must have at least one year experience as a legal secretary, paralegal or administrative assistant working in a firm or in a BPO setup. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Access, and Word.
