08.01.2022 A message of love & compassion is what I felt needed to be shared this morning. Without love & compassion can you imagine humanity? In the midst of a global pandemic we are seeing our community panic. Panic causes distorted thinking processes and irrational actions. It's the irrational thinking & actions that will see our country fall apart. We are already seeing the behaviours of humans becoming irrational and not caring towards fellow humans. If I saw a person in need... of toilet paper in a shop....I would offer to pay for the toilet paper that was in my hands and I would then share the packet with that fellow human. I seek to help all humans survive not just myself and my family. You are all important to me. I can't imagine living in a world where it was just me and my family......I want to live and travel globally and interact and meet a global community in my life time. A state of panic certainly does not leave us in a state to think clearly and show love & compassion to humanity. Take a step back from the energy of panic, use your rational mind. Adopt some rational processes to ensure the safety of your family, the families of others and our greater collective "our community family". In the midst of a crisis love, compassion, kindness and sharing will save us all. Rally together with your loved ones, share supplies, share meals, gather on the weekends and create memories. Don't focus on what you perceive as being taken away from you. Focus on what we can all gain from rationally navigating our ways through a national crisis. It is heart breaking feeling the energy of planet Earth, it is un-balancing feeling the energies of panicked humans. We 'our family' have adopted some logical and respectful practices in our home and close circle to ensure that we are all doing as much as possible to calm the panic and assist the containment of a communicable disease. 07.01.2022 I had an experience with rudeness the other day. The person's words made me feel emotionally triggered. I paused, listened to my own thoughts while simultaneously listening to the other person's words. I wanted to respond from an emotionally charged space however I chose to pause & practice empathy. I looked at what the person may have been trying to say & share from their perspective. I decided to not respond to the perception of rudeness from the other person. Instead... I actually used that experience to grow & see how I could dig deeper to help this person achieve their heart's desires. The final outcome may not have been one of the other person being more happier, this I may never learn. Ultimately & more importantly I actually felt good about myself & how I reacted.
