07.01.2022 To Our Valued Customers Like all businesses, we are closely monitoring the situation surrounding COVID-19 and wanted to give you the assurance that we are doing all we can to keep our customers and team safe, as well as play our role preventing the spread over the coming weeks and months. This includes following the advice of the Australian Government and World Health Organisation and their recommendations for minimising the spread of this virus. We have outlined below some s...imple precautions our staff will undertake on jobs to reduce the risk for our Staff and your safety. -Our Staff will be provided with Masks, Gloves and surface sprays and advised to be wearing them on jobs. -Our Staff will have hand Sanitiser that they will use before and after each job -Our Staff will also notify us and will follow government guidelines should they come in contact with any confirmed COVID-19 Cases -Our Showroom, Workshop, Vans and Tools will be cleaned down daily. -As always we will be manufacturing in our clean as possible environment in our warehouse at Hornsby. We understand different customers may have different requirements and we are happy to work through them with you to reduce the risk. We are able and willing to be Flexible and use Technology to get the job done e.g. Leaving a key out for our installers and use face time on mobiles to go through the job.
