20.01.2022 Agents move from agency to agency for many reasons, mostly personal but the most common factor is money. They are looking to compare how much ends up in their hip pocket at the end of the day, after their principal takes their cut, after the franchise fees have been deducted etc. Here is a great story of an agent who has been with Easy Agent now for over 4 years. His name is Ian and this is his story. Ian transitioned over to Easy Agent shortly after his agency building had... burnt down due to a terrible fire that destroyed the whole commercial complex. Ian was left with a sizable debt and limited avenue to service it. Between his wife and himself, they worked 5 jobs in an effort to pay down the outstanding debt, and it felt like they where getting nowhere. Then Ian discovered Easy Agent, within 24 hours he was back fully operational as a real estate agent and with the help or our prospecting strategies he rapidly gained new listings.
