22.01.2022 One of my highlights of the last year was getting my ex- house mate into their new home!! Boby & Angela are first home buyers. I got them a spot on the government low deposit scheme. They originally put a deposit to purchase a house and land package - however things don't always go to plan and after numerous phone calls, emails, scenarios with lenders they decided to not go ahead with the house and land package... they were fortunate to get their deposit fully refunded.
