11.01.2022 A wonderful recipe from one of our loyal customers Shirley Sharp EASY...(THROW IN BOWL ..MIX..)COOK.... BANANA CAKE PRE HEAT EASYCOOK TO 175c..mod 1 Cup SR Flour(Wholemeal or white) Half cup caster sugar 1 egg lightly beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla Essence 50g butter melted(20 sec microwave) Quarter cup full cream milk Half cup very ripe mashed banana Mix only about 15 seconds..don't over mix.. Line small loaf tin with baking paper or brown paper. Scape mixture into pan level top .....Throw few crushed walnuts on top if wished!!!Bake 30..35 minutes,set aside to cool..better if cut next day!!!!If you can wait...But warm with butter on is to much of a temptation!!!!!Ps...Usually make two if I have over ripe bananas..This is the easiest cake you will ever make mixing can be done in less than two minutes..WELL THATS MY RECORD!!!This is healthy.And costs only around $1.50..Especially if the bananas were going in the bin!!!!
