14.01.2022 Uploading and Attaching Files in Xero Did you know that you have a dedicated email address in your Xero software to upload files to? 1. Click on your Company name (top left corner)... 2. Select 'Files' You will see the email address in the top right corner. Save that as a contact in your Outlook / phone contacts or photocopier machine and quickly send files to Xero. You can also take pictures on your phone and share to Xero Files if you install the Xero Accounting app on your phone first. Easy! Once you have uploaded the files, you can save them into custom folders or attach them to your transactions including: spend money, receive money, invoices and bills.

If you have hidden rows or columns, applied filters/subtotals etc, this shortcut will only select what you see. 1. Select the cells / worksheet that you want to copy 2.
