22.01.2022 I saw this quote from Julia Child this morning and thought it quite perceptive If you don't know who Julia Child is she wrote two of the best cookery books ever published called 'Mastering The Art of French Cooking' I refer to them all the time and if you love to cook I thoroughly recommend adding them to your library Have a great weekend everybody

05.01.2022 Super Simple Margherita Flat Bread ‘Pizza’ !!!’ Want something quick, easy and super tasty to make on the weekend?? Something that makes everybody go Oooooh and Ahhhhh how did you make that???... I was watching ‘The Chef Show’ on Netflix the other night and Jon and Roy (the presenters) went to a famous bakery in San Francisco called ‘Tartine’ - where the made the most amazing ‘Margherita Flat Bread Pizza’!!! It looked incredibly delicious, so I decided to have a go at making one similar but without all the complicated ‘Cheffie’ ingredients and preparation they used And this was the result!!
