20.01.2022 When we first started our tours these goats were a rare sighting and would scatter the moment they heard you... Dave didn't even believe me when I told him I was seeing goats on this farm. Now we don't seem to bother them... they get along with their leaf munching as we watch on.

17.01.2022 Pizzoccheri is a pasta dish made from buckwheat flour since the 18th century. We've had the top tips from Paris and Nonna Gelsa from Arlewood Wines so decided to give the dish a go ourselves this week. Not a bad first attempt if we do say so ourselves. Have you tried cooking Pizzoccheri?... If you want to give it a go Arlewood Wines sell the pasta in their cellar door and online and with it you get Nonna Gelsa's recipe.
