16.01.2022 Besides these being Delicious. Mini. Organic. Nom nom. Get in my belly worthy. They are also like a party in my mouth. These mini delights are my Itsy bitsy raspberry tarts. They have a delicious almond base, vanilla bean cream patisserie filling & topped with plump raspberries. Recipe will be in my soon to be EBook. Xxx

14.01.2022 I wanted to try and answer all your questions in regards to coconut oil. Which brand is best? What packaging? Cold pressed? Why is coconut oil good? So to kick start my answers, I'll begin by saying I'm completely obsessed with all things coconut, and I'll make use of it whenever I can! Coconut oil is a medium chain fatty acid, which is a healthy form of fatty acid. unlike your trans fats which can be stored as fat in the body. Coco oil is known to support metabolism functi...on, type 2 diabetes, energy levels, immunity & is also great for the skin! I use mine in a lot of my cooking also as it doesn't oxidise under heat!! Little bubba gets coconut oil all over his cute little body after a bath... it's been incredible to use on his cute little bum for nappy cream & on a cotton ball as a nappy wipe In terms of packaging & how I choose my Coco oil... I always go for a glass jar! Buying coconut oil in plastic is a big NO No! Can't stress this enough. Plastic leaches into the coconut oil even if it's BPA free. Plasticsunlight = disaster! I want to taste coco oil not plastic! So go with a glass jar! Trust me the aroma of the product & taste stay so pure when packaged organically! I always choose certified organic, ALWAYS. Virgin cold pressed which means it's as pure as it comes & hasn't been put under any heating processes and remains it's integrity. Think of it like your cold pressed virgin olive oil.....now for my top picks I love @nutraorganics coconut oil... @loving_earth as well! anything that is certified, tastes & smells great is a winner! Now go jump on the coconut oil train! Get on it! Hope all your questions have been answered. Xx See more

13.01.2022 Love this! Thermo mix! Who doesn't want one...really? http://mobile.news.com.au//ha/story-fnrmuh6u-1227273345948

09.01.2022 Dumpling mix. 300g uncooked prawns finely chopped 250g minced pork 1tbs finely chopped coriander... 1tbs finely chopped spring onion 2tbs grated ginger Half teaspoon coconut sugar Half teaspoon seasons oil 1tbs Tamari or light soy Salt, white pepper, chilli flakes 2 shiitake mushroom diced 5 water chest nuts, finally chopped (from can) Wonton wrappers. Combine all above ingredients together (excluding the wrappers ) I normally use my thermomix to combine & chop all the ingredients. You don't want the mixture to be too smooth, so if your using a blender just a quick zap will do. Using the back of a fork will work just fine as well. Get a small bowl of water ready, along with a damp tea towel & your wrappers. Peel off a wonton wrapper & lightly brush round the outside with cold water with a pastry brush or your fingers. Place 1 tsp of mixture in the center of the wrapper & scrunch up into a pouch, squeezing to seal making sure you get rid of all the air bubbles. As you make each dumpling keep them on a damp towel...this will prevent them from drying. *youtube has really good videos on how to fold the dumping wrappers, if you want to get creative. I normally steam them in my bamboo steamer & add them to my broth once steamed. I steam mine for about 15min... Hope you like! X
