It’s been a short adventure on the #sunnycoast in regards to #glutenfreelove It felt like one minute I was saying hello to you all and now goodbye. For almost 4 years prior, in fact, today marks exactly 4 years of being in this biz, I was doing one of the things I love most...baking for my Townsville community. I was born and bred in Townsville & this year after relocating my family to the #sunshinecoast so many positive shifts hav...e happened. And while I thought that would include huge progress for this biz, once my fiancé and I (yeah, you read that right! One of the most awesome things to come from our American holiday!) got back from such an incredible holiday to America, I realised it’s not what I wanted anymore. I won’t bore ya with too much soppy stuff, that’s not my style But I’m so proud I made the decision to honour my feelings and intuition (something that I’ve always noticed but never listened to, woohoo for me for finally paying attention ) and I’m totally excited for what’s ahead and excited to get in the GFL kitchen for one last bake tomorrow for wholesale and private customers!
