25.01.2022 New Years resolutions. I’ve become a bit cynical over the years because, honestly, how many people stick with them past January?! - Hashimoto’s disease kicked my arse last year, and honestly, the year before that. My aim for this year is to reduce the stress on my adrenals. I haven’t quite been able to give coffee away completely (down to 1 a day from 4!) and I’ve been shocking with my grains, so, step 1 is to be a bit more proactive and have grainfree options in the house. S...tarting with this pear and pecan breakfast loaf - a tweak of the recipe by @wellnourished and a spiced chocolate ripple loaf that I winged. - Meat free Monday (not necessarily always a Monday!) will make a comeback in our house too, for no other reason than to be more mindful of our environmental impact and to increase our veggie intake. - So I’m NOT calling this a resolution!
