25.01.2022 Did you know all restaurants in Nha Trang will drive down to the docks and as the fishing companies bring up the clams/shellfish out of the water, chef's and owners buy it fresh alive and kicking daily! Me getting amongst the action last year! Can't stay away from fresh produce #eatlikeaviet

During the French colonial eraVietnamese fisherman used round woven baskets that floated but didn't look like a boat so they wouldn't have to pay the tax that was levied on fishing boats.
