09.01.2022 And who pops up at the end of this slideshow as one of the Country Week Coaches - none other than our very own Harry Saunders! Is there anything he can’t do - refereeing, mentoring, coaching, committee person, linesman. And in his spare time he goes to school or something like that. Thanks Harry for representing our club in so many ways.
09.01.2022 Congratulations to EDFC u12 Girls for finishing equal top of the League for season 2020 with Dynamos. After 12 games both teams finished with 29 points (9 wins each, 1 loss each, 2 draws each). In Round 6 EDFC v Dynamos at home was 0-0 draw. In the Final Round at Forrrest Park, EDFC v Dynamos in an absolutely thrilling match (game of the year) the 2 teams still could not be separated with a 1-1 draw. ... On Goal Difference(GD) both teams still could not be separated! EDFC 41 Goals For & 6 Goals Against for a GD of 35 Dynamos 46 Goals For & 11 Goals Against for a GD of 35 League winners are therefore allocated to Dynamos based on most goals scored in the season. EDFC U12’s are awarded League Runners Up. Thank you to the EDFC Girls for an amazing season, top class effort, lots of goals scored, brilliant in the midfield and undoubtedly the best defence in the League. You should all be very proud of what you have achieved this year.

07.01.2022 How good is this ... Payton and Tia joined the u10 Girls training for the last 2 weeks of season 2020 as they want to play soccer. We can’t wait to see Payton and Tia playing for EDFC next year. BTW they already showed in just 2 training sessions what great skills and attitudes they have

06.01.2022 Congratulations to EDFC players Emily Toft, Scout Rewell & Holly Swiggs for being a part of the successful Country Week Runners Up u12s & u14s teams. And huge effort by Caelin Stuart and Shanin James who put in herculean efforts all week in the u17s team that was decimated by injuries by the end of the week.
06.01.2022 EDFC u12 Girls (with 2 u10’s & Zara & Claire from u17’s) took on the u12 Girls Country Week team in a scratch match at Dardanup this afternoon. It was a good hit out for the Country Week team and great practice for EDFC. Thank you to Mitchell Bowls the u11’s Boys Country Week Goal Keeper for helping the EDFC team and getting some more match practice. Thank you to everyone for participating and putting on a very entertaining game.

04.01.2022 The Dardy Devils (red) took on the Dardy Destroyers (grey) in the first EDFC girls Futsal derby. The Devils got on the scored board early and held the lead until the Destroyers stormed home winning with a ‘buzzer beater’.

03.01.2022 Tomorrow is Friday! That means Futsal is back! The first 2 weeks of this term have been fun and enjoyable, watching the players play freely and expressing thems...elves. Lots of goals. Lots of smiles and quite a bit of dancing to the music, mainly by the parents and FFSW coaches. What a way to end the week! We look forward to Friday’s!

03.01.2022 EDFC has a new Trophy. It is called the Roz, named after Roslyn Ruland who has been a great volunteer for the Eaton Dardanup Football Club for 17 years. For the first time, last year the u13s Girls team was split into 2 teams & played two intraclub matches. This trophy was awarded to the winning team. The trophy was just called the Starfire Trophy. The teams were called the Flames and the Fireballs.... The trophy now has a proper name that will mean a lot to our club - the trophy is now called The Roslyn Ruland Starfire Trophy and most affectionately simply known as The Roz. The trophy was presented tonight to Roz by Club President Jeremy Mills. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 we did not have time to have our tournament this year. This perpetual trophy will now be awarded each year to the winning team of a tournament played by combined teams from within our club made up of our female players from u12s to u17s. The trophy represents the exciting & positive impact that females have in playing soccer and also highlights the important roles that they, like Roz, have in running soccer clubs & associations. Thank you Roz for all your work and we look forward to you presenting the trophy next year to either the EDFC Flames or the EDFC Fireballs. 2019 was won by the Flames.

03.01.2022 FRIDAY CCJSA - Country Coastal Junior Soccer Association has an open trial for all players interested in representing the region at the 2020 Country Week tournament in Perth in October. Trial times are: Boys 11s and girls 12s 4pm-5pm Boys 13s and girls 14s 5:15pm-6:15pm... Boys 15s and 17s and girls 17s 6:30-7:30pm The age is what you are turning this year. Please arrive 10 minutes before the trial start time to register and be ready. See more

02.01.2022 The Cantoni Cup today featured legendary Eaton-Dardanup FC goalkeeper Harry Saunders and live stream commentary from former Eaton Primary School student and Paralympian track & field Silver & Bronze medalist Brad Scott & Peter Donht from FFSW Football Federation South West. Also Thank you to Brad & Peter for organizing and promoting the 2021 Cantoni Cup. Thank you to EDFC U12s Emily Toft & Scout Rewell, U10s Gilmore Girls (Jasmine, Sarah & Emily) & Piper Rewell for participating in the Inclusion Carnival on Saturday and from u17s thank you to Holly Swiggs for coming to watch the main event today.
