My staff have worked long, busy hours and still put their hands up to offer to help out with extra work. Our customers have been adapting to the constant changes within the store, leaving their scripts on file, and observing the social distancing requirements. ... 04.01.2022 COVID-19 update for our customers: In an effort to protect our customers and to keep our staff well (so they can keep helping you) - we will be implementing the following temporary changes as of Mon 30th March 2020. * One entry door only - there will be strict limits on the number of customers admitted to the store (maximum of 2). A service counter will be positioned just inside the entry. ... * You will be unable to browse the store - we will gladly get your items for you. * If you are waiting for prescriptions you may be asked to return to your car to wait (we'll call you when it's ready). There will be a small indoor area available for short-term waiting only. * We will be introducing a temporary change to our opening hours, to allow for extra cleaning, preparation of orders and to allow staff time to work through any unforseen issues.
