With over 350 exercise videos in the library and ongoing Live workout sessions, we have decided that we need to change things up to continue to offer variety not only in exercise but also in all other aspects of health and daily living... nutrition, mindfulness, rest, recovery, posture, ergonomics, and so muc...h more.
