13.01.2022 P L E A S E R E A D Over the last few weeks I have been struggling with clients cancelling last minute, not showing up to their appointments and changing their minds about products they have asked me to order in for them. I understand that circumstances change and we can’t control certain things, but please just hold us small business owners in your thoughts when cancelling or deciding not to come to your appointment. It is very disheartening to have a fully booked day and... suddenly have nearly every aspect of your income that day taken away in a heartbeat. We have rent to pay. We have insurance to pay. We need to purchase products to use for facials, brows, lashes etc. The amount of times I haven’t been able to even pay myself because of last minute cancellations and no shows and haven’t been able to afford it is honestly so upsetting. Please if you are wanting products ordered in, I will be requiring upfront payment from now on if I am not already doing an order. It costs me to order products in and when people change their mind AFTER I’ve ordered and received them, it can sometimes take months to resell that product. Sometimes, the products even go past their use by date, making them useless, and therefore I can’t sell them. I work hard, and sometimes I feel I have nothing to show for it. But thank you so much to the friends that have supported my business, and to the clients who have become friends. Your support means everything to me, every Facebook or Instagram like, every post share, every appointment and every product you purchase.
